  • Free Shipping: Available on all orders within the UK over £49.99 within eligible regions.

International Shipping

  • We currently ship to UK, Europe and the US.

  • International shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on destination.

  • Customs, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. VivirClothing is not responsible for delays caused by customs.


Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website.


Lost or Delayed Packages

  • Vivir is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
